Mini Electric Hoist is not a continuous duty type hoist and is only for instrument tent use. The details of which are explained below:

Here the rating of the motor is S3 20%-10min. This implies the following:

S3 is the maximum time in percentage per 10 min periods that the hoist can work at full load. For example S3 20%-10Min mentioned above implies that the hoist can be worked for 2mins for each 10min period over and over again(at full load).However, in case the load being lifted is less, then the time can be proportionately increased(full load with single cable is half the rated capacity). For example, for 50% load depending on capacity being used (i.e., single wire rope or double wire rope). The total time the equipment can be used in a 10min period is 4mins and so on.

Hand Chain Hoist can be installed anywhere, lifting of material in smooth way, compact, with good quality lifting chain.

Die and Mould racks are very convenient to use die / mould storage devices with a built in lifting and lowering chain hoist. The drawers are sturdy and can be pulled out and pushed back with the load.

In order to remove a die or mould from the rack simply put out the drawer on which the mould is placed. Pull the monorail trolley and the chain hoist above the mould. Attach the hook of the hoist to the mould. Lift the mould with the chain hoist about 2 inches above the drawer. Push back the drawer into the rack and lower the mould to the ground or to a pallet lying in front of the rack. The mould can now be moved to the machine with a pallet truck. Simple isn't it.

For loading the mould/die simply follow the reverse procedure.

Electric Winch is intended for industrial use.

Adjustable and Steerable Skates

All maximum carrying capacities are based for use on a steel surface which can withstand the pressure of the skate rollers. The load bearing capacity of the floor is as important as the capacity of the skates.

The load should be supported on the skates in such a way that all skates on which the load rests are subjected to equal load.

Movement on concrete floors is restricted and a steel plate of a minimum thickness of 12mm or as required should be placed on the floor. Never use the skates on an incline plane.

Remarkable versatility, Drum Lifter transport rotate, lifts and drains fully loaded drums. It carries the full weight.

• The HD80A Drum lifter raised, transports, rotates, tilts and drains fully loaded drums. It carries the full weight of the drum. Dual, finger trip operated locks secure the raised drum. It can lock a drum in the vertical position to avoid spills or horizontal position for draining through a faucet. When unlocked, the drum may be turned end-over-end to agitate contents or tipped and held manually at any angle, and it is very simple to move and steer. HD80A Drum Lifter uses high strength lifting components.
• Drum Lifters is secured by high strength, wear resistant chain. The chain tightening ratchet and spring loaded pawl assembly has been designed with specially contoured teeth and safety features for reliability and eases of use. It can be used with standard 210 ltrs M.S

G-Models offer a larger clear space for lifting ahead of the wheels & can be used effectively in areas in accessible to the (U) Frame type & in preferred for lifting of larger, outward & unsymmetrical loads.

• Strong, robust, sturdy and built to very high standards. All cranes are fitted with 360 degree rotating forged steel hook. Heavy duty thrust bearings and taper roller bearings on steering assembly for easy manoeuverability. Compact and integrated hydraulic system. Five speed variable displacement hydraulic hand pump with replaceable cartridge, valve inserts and built in relief valve to protect against overloading. Heavier loads require a larger lifting effort. Appropriate lifting speeds could be selected to keep the lifting effort at suitable levels.
• The pump is fitted with a automatic pressure compensated lowering control valve to prevent sudden lowering of the load. The hydraulic cylinder is connected directly to the pump manifold. There is no hose pipe connection, thus reducing the chances of damage due to a burst or cut hose.
• A top of stroke bypass prevents top jamming of the ram at the maximum elevated position. Hard chrome plating on the hydraulic ram protects it from corrosion and rust.
• All "G" - model cranes have two column positions. Position I requires more counter weights. However it also permits a longer reach as compared to position II. All Cranes are supplied with an empty counterweight tank into which the user has to place appropriate counter weight before use.

Dock Leveler are also known as dock boards or dock plates. Dock levelers can enhance safety and productivity on the dock through a variety of design features. Different types of levelers are appropriate for different industries and/or different operations.
